Our SOP paragraph concerning proper wear:
1.7 Meeting Decorum – Hats. During regular or special membership business meetings, the only hat/cover that should be worn is the VFW Member Cap (garrison cap) or the approved VFW Alternative Cap (ballcap). Officers of the Post do not have an option during business meetings, the VFW Member Cap (garrison cap) is the only hat/cover authorized.
